Traditional chocolate maker Mi Joya shapes chocolate from bean-to-bar. For EUROPALIA INDONESIA he has dived into the specificities of the Indonesian cacao bean to create a limited edition chocolate bar. 

Come and taste the difference between country, region and cacao percentage in the Festival Centre. Learn more about the bean-to-bar journey with Mi Joya as they share their passion during a delicious chocolate tasting.
