Tarta Relena consists of two singers who explore various styles in vocal music a capella. Experimentation is the core of their identity and the mix of vocal techniques is their creative engine. In the arrangements, the two very different timbres combine with synthetic sounds and electronic samples.

The collective Maricas was founded as a link between electronic music and Barcelona’s queer scene. It evolved into a record label and a political platform, and has grown into an aesthetic reference, a label and a collective that organizes parties throughout Europe.
