Our Burning World: Georgia
‘Self-Portrait Along the Borderline' by Anna Dziapshipa

Bozar and europalia are joining forces for the first edition of Our Burning World, with a focus on contemporary Georgian documentary cinema. The programme sheds light on some of the challenges the country faces and features two feature-length documentaries: Self-Portrait Along the Borderline by Anna Dziapshipa and Magic Mountain by Mariam Chachia and Nik Voigt. A selection of short films by Salomé Jashi (Taming the Garden) will also be shown, accompanied by an encounter with the audience.
